Courchevel offers an extremely wide range of activities once you are off the slopes, so you will never run out of things to do!

Ice Rink

Located within the Forum shopping centre in 1850, the ice rink is open every day from about 3pm until 7pm. It opens until later on certain days of the week, and occasionally you can watch skating galas, or ice hockey matches.

Bowling

This lively 10-pin-bowling alley is also located in the Forum and opens every day from evening until early morning. It has electronic scoring, international sized lanes, and a ‘bumper’ system for children, to stop the ball disappearing into the gulley!

Climbing Wall

The indoor climbing wall is located within the Forum, and can’t be missed! You can have a go with an instructor if you wish.

Floodlit Luge

If you want some more excitement after coming off the slopes, there is a 2km floodlit luge piste for all the family to enjoy. It starts from Courchevel 1850, just outside the Forum Centre, and runs down to 1550. To get back up, you simply use the Grangettes télécabine, which remains open until about 7.30pm.

Ice Karting

If you fancy some fun on four wheels, there is an outdoor 600m floodlit Ice Karting track to have a go on. Situated on the Grandes Combes complex, near the tennis courts, on the road between 1650 and 1550, sessions are held daily from 4pm. Great fun for all the family—they have junior karts for children aged 7 to 12—well worth a visit!

Plane and Helicopter Tours

For a thrilling and exhilarating bird’s eye view of the mountains, daily tours are available (weather permitting) with the aéroclub de Courchevel and SAF/Air Courchevel. Flights are available around the Courchevel Valley, the Three Valleys, or even the Massif du Mont Blanc.

Cinema

There are three cinemas in Courchevel, two in 1850 and one in 1650 (near the Sherpa supermarket). They show a different film every night, and some are in English.
