To make your booking, first take a look at the ‘Dates and prices’ page where details of reserved weeks are always kept up to date.
If the week you require is already booked, please do still contact us, as we know several other property owners in the resort, and may be able to help you find alternative accommodation.
Please telephone us on +44 (0)1233 503131 or +44 (0)7544 715013, email us at email@example.com or use the contact form to confirm availability of dates. At that stage, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 30%, which can be paid either by cheque, or directly into our Bank account - we don't accept plastic cards. The balance will need to be paid in full at least one month prior to the start of your holiday, along with a Damage Deposit and Tourist Taxes. Tourist Taxes are based on the rental price and the number of people staying - we will advise you of the figure at the time of booking.
If you wish to start your holiday on any day other than Saturday, please contact us to discuss your requirements. If reservations have not been made either side of your week, we may be flexible.
If you wish to book any other time outside the main Winter and Summer seasons, please contact us to discuss your requirements, and we will be pleased to confirm the price.
We recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance to protect against the possibility of cancellation.
The price shown includes:
- The cost of hiring the apartment for the whole week, irrespective of how many people stay
- Bed linen, towels (one bath towel + one hand towel per person) & tea towels
- Hot and Cold Water
Each apartment is cleaned by our local cleaner before you arrive. However, we do ask that you keep the apartment clean during your stay.
